In 2022, London & Partners, the growth agency for London, introduced a policy allowing employees to temporarily work from anywhere, also known as "workations." This change arose during the Covid pandemic when many international employees expressed a desire to spend more time with their families abroad while continuing to work. To support this initiative and ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations, London & Partners sought a solution that would streamline these processes.
